Geoffrey Kiiru, CRMA, CCSA, CCMP, CSOE, is the principal consultant and co-founder of GROT Consulting Group in Texas. Our management-consulting firm specializes in supporting executive management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
Geoffrey has more than 20 years of experience in public consulting and the management industry. His expertise includes: enterprise risk management, organization transformation utilizing Prosci’s methodology, financial and IT audits, enterprise system implementation and project management, business process improvements and organizational governance.
In addition, we are members of the Association of Change Management Professionals and the Institute of Internal Auditors-Houston Chapter.
